Arts and Media was created in response to our constantly

The Music Market/ Arts & Media advertises weekly in
appropriate publications (eg, Music Week) and through our Website, which is
updated regularly. We also search for the experienced candidate, not relying
solely on them finding us.
To date The Music Market has successfully placed candidates
in 85% of all positions offered through the agency.
We are able to discuss any requirements you may have at any
time. Meetings can be arranged at 24 hours notice and we actively encourage
regular contact in person with Human Resources and line managers to make sure
that we are accurately attuned to your recruitment needs.
Helen Ward (MD and Consultant) also oversees our Head
Hunting Division, specifically catered to these specialised industries. It
offers a unique service by researching and targeting individuals with
particular skills and experience in music/ media industries, based on criteria
supplied by the client. Recruiting for any positions of a sensitive/ political
nature that cannot, for whatever reason, be publicised. All briefs are
fulfilled using the utmost tact and discretion. When using our Head Hunting
service, we advise a meeting in person to discuss the brief in detail. Terms
are negotiable in each case.
