Our client, a global music company, is seeking a proactive AR Process Lead to join their Finance Department in central London offices.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Acting a first point of contact for all business units, managing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Handling credit control and billing functions on a daily basis in conjunction with offshore teams.
- Ensuring KPIs are consistently met, and controls and reviews are in place.
- Overseeing efficient billing processes across the company.
- Monitoring credit limits and risk for the company.
- Overseeing management of teams reporting and KPIs.
- Optimising processes and controls.
- Assisting with audit preparation throughout the year.
Requirements:
- Solid experience working in similar position.
- Ability to work in a senior financial level.
- Previous experience working with outsourced functions.
- Working knowledge of SAP, SAP Business Object Analysis.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Detail orientated and hands on approach.
- Interest in system improvements.
- Interest in the media industry desirable.
