Our client, a live-booking agency are seeking an efficient Contracting& Admin Assistant to maintain digital records.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining digital organization and database record keeping.
  • Resolving basic IT issues as they arise.
  • Issuing multiple contracts to deadlines, having raised and proofread them
  • Updating database records with high levels of accuracy.
  • Issuing promoter and artist terms of business.
  • Handling possible tax reduction opportunities through splitting contracts and/or invoices.
  • Chasing signed contracts and dealing with any requested amendments.
  • Maintaining an easily accessible digital filing system.
  • Checking facts and figures correspond accurately to invoices as per contracts.
  • Sending promotion material upon show booking confirmations.
  • Checking artwork for each show.
  • Ensuring correct promotion of worldwide tours through artist and management liaison.
  • Liaising with promotor and related specialists after shows and tours are confirmed.
  • Assisting with artist itineraries when necessary.
  • Meeting administrative needs of artists and managers.
  • Working closely with accountants and promoters on tax issues and related paperwork.
  • Answering telephone enquiries and occasional reception cover.


  • Advanced competency of Mac and relevant software (Chrome, Finder and Mail).
  • Confident user of MS Excel,Dropbox, Google Docs and Sheets and so on.
  • Numerate and basic knowledge of accountancy is essential.
  • Basic understanding of tax is preferred.
  • Competency in resolution of IT issues.
  • Highly organised and capable of meeting deadlines within limited time frames.
