Our client, a thriving music company is seeking an experienced EA who can work from home and assist the CEO with their activities for a 12 month FTC.


Key responsibilities willinclude:

  • Overseeing junior admins and freelances to assist you in larger admin projects
  • Project managing short and long-term company objectives.
  • Optimising business processes.
  • Managing CEO’s diary and overall administration.
  • Maintaining the online music catalogue.
  • Organizing competitions, magazine features and artist’s interviews and so on.
  • Orchestrating promotions with website agency and digital marketing.
  • Liaising with “in-house” talent,editing and briefing contract templates etc. on behalf of CEO.
  • Dealing with a range of partners on a weekly basis.
  • Attending meetings with the CEO on occasion, to include quarterly financial meetings.
  • Responding to emails on behalf of CEO
  • Drafting business, marketing and talent proposals on behalf of CEO.
  • Briefing creative on behalf of CEO.
  • Assisting with hires and creating descriptions.
  • Formulating CEO’s marketing ideas into overall project management schedule.
  • Copywriting, curating audio playlists and dealing with artist submissions to an extent.
  • Overseeing basic admin such as invoicing, spell checking and contract checks.
  • Using newest business software.
  • Working closely with consultants,accountant and agencies to spearhead ROI.



  • Happy to from home and ideally within an hour’s commute to Central London.
  • Sound HR & Legal Knowledge.
  • Business level Project Management skills.
  • Confident with data and analytics.
  • Highly organised, detail orientated and adepts at managing time as well as people.
  • Systems and processes driven.
  • Capable of multi-tasking and making decisions quickly.
  • Music technology and/or production knowledge is preferred.
  • Music/Business Administration educational background is desired.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop is also a plus.
