Job Details

Our client, a successful commercial TV broadcaster, is seeking temporary cover for a Facilities Coordinator.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the office, meeting rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms are kept orderly and clean.
  • Communicating with cleaners and relevant persons for repairs etc.
  • Coordinating contractors and suppliers as needed.
  • Responding to requests and queries.
  • Managing post and subscriptions.
  • Ordering and distributing office supplies.
  • Organising deliveries and couriers as required.
  • Managing the setup of meetings and arranging refreshments as needed.
  • Coordinating archiving and recycling days and managing locker inventory.
  • Support the onboarding of new starters and leavers, working with IT and HR teams.
  • Ensuring security is maintained for the building and company assets are monitored.
  • Performing regular Health & Safety checks as directed by Head of Facilities and organise training days for staff.
  • Complying with financial procedures and raising POs.


  • Proactive approach to work, using own initiative.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Good understanding of confidentiality.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
