Our client, an international entertainment company, is seeking a qualified HR Coordinator to provide extensive administrative support to their Human Resources department.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Producing employment contracts, amendments, letters and relevant file management for internal employees.
  • Organising timely management of fixed term contracts and renewals.
  • Controlling for relevant employee loan agreements.
  • Coordinating both onboarding and leaver processes.
  • Organising maternity and paternity leave, and related paperwork.
  • Monitoring work force changes over a monthly basis, using in-house software.
  • Collaborating with managers to ensure the completion of new starter’s probation periods.
  • Maintaining paperwork relating to Freelance contracts, in particular SDS documentation.
  • Ensuring employee’s right to work in the UK, and documentation is accounted for. Keeping abreast of any legislative changes.
  • Organising all paperwork for VIEs, Trainees, Interns and apprenticeships.
  • Coordinating company benefit schemes.
  • Managing payroll functions.
  • Organising cross-functionally with recruitment agencies to manage implants.
  • Performing extensive reporting on HR related business.
  • Fostering good relationships with employees.
  • Assisting HR team members with recruitment.
  • Collaborating with social committee and Diversity & Inclusion teams on projects.
  • Performing ad hoc project work to include research.


  • Previous experience in a similar assistant role, ideally within entertainment or media.
  • CIPD qualified/studying or equivalent.
  • HR software and reporting experience.
  • Highly effective communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Payroll acumen.
  • Robust understanding of payroll legislation.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel proficiency.
