Our client, a global music company is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Business Partner for a twelve-month maternity cover.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with L&D team to co-create and deliver strategies as well as companywide projects.
  • Taking responsibility for assigned business areas and undertaking training needs analysis.
  • Authoring career development programmes and succession planning.
  • Utilizing expertise in L&D; delivering workshops, training programmes and individual development programmes.
  • Demonstrating knowledge across diversity, inclusion, belonging and wellness towards development initiatives.
  • Running constant analysis of your knowledge about the business through solid relationships across the functions.
  • Working closely with L&D team to manage budgets.


  • Graduate level qualified in HR/Psychology.
  • Chartered CIPD qualified.
  • Experience working with psychometric and other tools (Insights Discovery, MBTI etc.).
  • Experience working in Media or Music organisations.
  • Experience in designing, creating content and learning solutions for both groups and individuals.
  • Proven experience delivering cross company development sessions.
  • Able to build trusting relationships with key stakeholders and all employees.
  • Comfortable implementing iterations and seeking feedback quickly.
  • Capable of managing conflicting deadlines and workflows.
  • Critical thinker and solutions orientated.
