Our client, an established media company is seeking a Management Assistant to act as a first point of contact for the Manager’s clients.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Obtaining information about dates and fees of client’s offers of work.
- Scouting new talent by attending shows.
- Attending live recordings and sending tapes to broadcasters as necessary.
- Drafting correspondence on Manager’s behalf redirecting and following up as necessary.
- Providing administration of client’s contracts and negotiating terms.
- Tracking of all offers, contracts and payments.
- Chasing payments and invoicing on behalf of clients.
- Liaising with production teams,organising itineraries and any other arrangements necessary to facilitate clients to work.
- Accompanying clients when working as necessary.
- Liaising with PR and Live department about client’s activities, keeping note of all gigs and payments.
- Discussing offers and requests with clients.
- Booking business and personal travel.
- Organising Manager’s diary,connecting phone calls keeping note of all calls made/received.
- Drafting emails and letters on behalf of Managing Director.
Requirements:
- Passion for the entertainment industry, preferably in comedy.
- Good organisational and attention to detail.
- Highly motivated with strong communication skills.
- Capable to deal with stressful work environments.
- Flawless presentation skills.
