Our client, a global music company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to support recruitment activities across a plethora of music labels.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the end-to-end recruitment of Temp, Consultants, Fixed Terms and Permanent hires.
• Providing day-to-day recruitment support to the various departments within the company.
• Handling the entire recruitment lifecycle of mid-level – senior UK hires, from briefing to offer stages.
• Working with managers to interview candidates, making interview plans where needed.
• Using headhunting, market mapping, referrals, internal databases, and social media to source candidates.
• Partnering with preferred suppliers for recruitment.
• Developing a robust candidate pool.
• Supporting with projects on an ad hoc basis.
Requirements:
• Genuine interest in music.
• Demonstrable experience working within recruitment in-house or agency side.
• Proven track record hiring from junior to senior level.
• Confident interviewing all levels of candidates.
• Experience hiring roles within technology and ecommerce.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship building abilities.
