The Music Market are currently recruiting on behalf of several highly successful artist management companies looking for experienced and motivated Day 2 Day Managers to work with some of the UKs top artists.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Managing all key aspects of artists’ tours and shows to ensure the smooth running of tour activities.

· Assisting Manager in both business and personal aspects of the artists/band’s lives.

· Managing constantly changing diaries/travel/contracts.

· Assisting Manager with all aspects of the artists schedules.

· Contributing to successful marketing plans, including asset creation, strategies and ticket pricing of tours.

· Creative show production, live streams, filmed performances and festival broadcasts.

· Communicating with key stakeholders including artists agents, label, brands and accountants.

· Manage set times, tour itineraries, set list submissions.

· Manage artists diaries/shows.

· Fielding the creative aspects of show production, such as artwork and photography.

· Collecting important tour information such as ticket sales to improve shows continuously.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be detail orientated, highly organised with proven experience as a day 2 day with outstanding interpersonal skills and a proven ability to navigate complex conversations.

· Substantial artist day-2-day management experience essential, with proven experience supporting a successful artist/band through a full album campaign to Arena level.

· Willing to attend shows and work flexible hours to meet business needs.

· Knowledge of tax and on road finances relating to artist.

· Working knowledge of artist marketing and branding needs.

· Experience in handling logistics including visa arrangements, travel bookings, and data management.

· Proven understanding of financial procedures relating to budgets, invoicing and tax handling

· Proven ear and passion for new music.

· Driving licence ideal.
